Settings - Credentials Tab

The Credentials Tab of the iHomeServer settings window allows you to view the current credentials that are used to run iTunes.  If you are running iHomeServer in Desktop mode then these credentials will be read-only and will match the details of the currently logged in user.

If you are running iHomeServer in Windows Service mode then a 'Change...' button will be visible and you can modify the user under which the iHomeServer Windows Service will be run.

iTunes Credentials

2. iTunes Credentials

This area shows the current credentials that are used to run iTunes.  If you are running iHomeServer in Desktop mode then these credentials will be read-only and will match the details of the currently logged in user.

If you are running iHomeServer in Windows Service mode then a 'Change...' button will be visible and you can modify the user under which the iHomeServer Windows Service will be run.  iHomeServer will run iTunes under a specified user account.  The account that is entered will be used to spawn the iTunes process and therefore will use any preferences that have been configured within iTunes for that user.  It is important to log in interactively at least once to the server and start iTunes manually in order to accept the Apple Terms and Conditions, otherwise, iHomeServer will be unable to automatically start iTunes.
